German company “Danpower” is active in Estonia since year 2012 and supplies Võru city in Southern Estonia with environmental-friendly heat. The latest investment of the company in Estonia was the German speaking call center in Võru – the call center will offer a job for 25 customer service agents. The location was selected mainly in two reasons – (1) the company already had an operation in Võru and (2) to support a small city with new job opportunities. In the recruitment process the main difficulties were related with excellent German language skills the company was seeking, but through comprehensive preparation and recruitment campaign all the vacancies were filled in time and with required competencies.
