Operations team in Riga invites You to join the company in the position of
LOGISTICS TEAM LEAD
You will be responsible for
- Managing logistics full operational cycle in line with compliance standards
- Developing, tracking, and measuring supply chain performance (KPI’s)
- Encouraging and leading by example your team
- Seeking solutions to implement scalability improvements
- Developing logistics infrastructure, planning and executing expansion process
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field, logistics or supply chain management
- You are skilled in organization of efficient supply chain function
- Your strong side is project management and vision for process optimization
- You easily communicate and find common ground
- Your English is fluent (written & verbal)
- You are highly-organized and punctual
- Your mindset is analytical and problem–solving skills is your asset
