FINANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER (pan-Baltic responsibility)

Your main focus will be on

  • Organizing accounting services for the portfolio client’s properties in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia;
  • Supervising lease agreement administration for the portfolio client’s properties;
  • Responsibility for carrying out the full range of the daily accounting, reporting tasks, payment management and cash flow monitoring by supporting, coordinating and assisting the property accountants;
  • Leading the preparation of the financial and management reporting, incl. monthly/quarterly reporting to clients according to IFRS;
  • Leading the setting up of the income/expense budget, reporting of budget execution and preparation of forecasts;
  • Providing insightful information and recommendations contributing to the client’s and company’s performance;
  • Ensure information coordination and build strong internal relationships with other involved asset servicing departments – facility management, leasing, project management.

ABOUT YOU 

To be successful in this role Your professional background should cover

  • University degree, preferably accounting, economics or finance;
  • Min 3 years of work experience performing as Chief Accountant, Finance or Accounting Manager;
  • Fluent English and Latvian;
  • Experience from an international work environment;
  • Proven experience in preparation of Annual Reports, daily accounting, reporting tasks, payment management and cash flow;
  • Knowledge & interest in tax-related legislation and understanding of IFRS;
  • Skills in international accounting and business management systems;
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

Remuneration: 3000 € – 3500 € (to be agreed individually), yearly bonus (at the discretion of Employer)
