Your role:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as MEDICAL MANAGER LATVIA (all genders). Main purpose of the job is to provide medical expertise and education making active contributions to field medical work and cross functional brand teams.

Your role is to establish and maintain the scientific image and reputation of Merck and to be a key binding role between science and business in Latvia. You will actively manage scientific relations with key stakeholders in fields of Neurology, Fertility and Oncology (e.g. HCPs, HCOs, patient organizations) towards creation of better healthcare for patients. You will identify the medical information needs and research interests of external stakeholders and engage into medical and scientific product or disease area discussions and presentations in a non-promotional scientific context. Who you are:

  • You have a Medical/Scientific background (MSc, MD, PhD, PharmD)
  • You ideally gained 3+ years’ experience in Medical Affairs, a successful MSL experience is preferred
  • Scientific/clinical knowledge of Fertility, Neurology and/or Oncology is considered as an asset
  • Knowledge and/or experience of safety, regulatory requirements is considered as an advantage
  • You have excellent communication skills presenting scientific data and organizing medical round tables
  • You are fluent in Latvian and English

Monthly salary: 3000-4000 EUR (gross)
