Your main responsibilities will be to

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits, product testing, and helpful support to keep new and existing clients satisfied.
  • Perform full-cycle sales activities, from identifying potential clients to closing the final sales deal.
  • Promote new products by negotiating with current clients and encouraging them to try innovative solutions.
  • Analyze client sales monthly to understand buying patterns and create plans to re-engage non-buyers.
  • Lead negotiations and organize tenders by preparing clear proposals and discussing prices with clients.
  • Prepare contracts and product supply plans to meet client needs smoothly and professionally.

*ABOUT YOU

  • Education: A diploma or degree specializing in Economics, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field in Sales Development.
  • At least 3 years in a sales role, with experience in packaging, industrial goods, office equipment, or daily-use product sales considered an advantage.
  • The ability to understand and analyze sales figures.
  • Computer knowledge with Windows, Excel, Word, and MS Outlook programs.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English language skills, other languages are a plus.
  • Driving license.
  • Your Personality: You’re a goal-getter who’s all about clients and strategy, can handle deadlines like a pro, and still keep that winning attitude.

COMPANY OFFERS

  • Remuneration: €1600.00 – €2000.00 gross (max salary level will be discussed with company representatives individually).
