PRIMEKSS Team is looking for

CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER (SCANDINAVIA)

Main responsibilities:

• Daily  and weekly project work planning
• Material order
• Project work execution according to the budget
• Ensure that safety regulations are being followed
• Daily workforce activity management and control
• Communication with project manager, client,  participation in daily / weekly construction meetings
• Taking care of necessary documentation: checklists, reports, quality control, PrimeQuality reports
• Post project analyses

Main requirements:

• Professional or higher education in the field of construction
• At least 3 years of experience in managing construction works (concrete works preferable)
• Good knowledge of English language
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to organize one’s own and subordinates’ work perfectly
• Ability to delegate tasks and control their execution
• Experience leading a team of workers
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD)
• Driving license (category B)

Salary (gross) for this position starts from 2300.00 – 2900.00 EUR. The final offer depends on experience and competence.
