The company’s Business Services Center successfully operates in Riga, where a united team of 100 specialists provides financial and information processing functions to all the company’s representative offices in Europe.
HEAD OF FINANCE SERVICES
(Treasury Team, AP Team, AP & Banking Team, AR & Credit Control Team)
Company’s business is spread across Europe; thus, this is dynamic position involving a cooperation with different cultures, teams and partners.
About you
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to change. You are born to coordinate your own team and skilled in process supervision.
- University degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of work experience in finance management, accounting or other financial function preferably within international company
- Practically skilled and very interested in process improvement and automation opportunities
- Strong systems skills, ideally with SAP (ERP system)
- Able to lead and inspire people
- Fluent English
You will be entrusted
- To overall lead and manage all the Transactional Finance teams (32 people) at SSC Riga – train new team members, monitor team performance and keep up with the set KPIs
- To identify process improvement and standardization opportunities, and to support implementation process;
- To ensure that services provided are highest quality possible; to support team with daily and month-end closing tasks as well as Internal and External Auditors

Salary level: 2700 – 3200 € gross monthly (to be discussed with each final candidate individually)
