A once-in-lifetime opportunity to join a well-known global FMCG company in a newly created role for the Nordic region!


You will play a pivotal role in the company’s long-term growth strategy by driving the development of innovation, renovation and roll-out projects across the multiple categories.

Based in Riga, in this hands-on role you will manage the regional team of Project and Activity managers, who lead the commercialization process, ensuring all launch and business criteria are achieved on multiple projects simultaneously (incl. project scope, market timing, cost, quality, stakeholders’ expectations etc.)

You will be accountable for the whole project management cycle (incl. development of project implementation plans, overseeing coordination/execution activities, assessing financial risks and contingency planning, tracking process metrics and project success criteria, reporting performance measurement and ensuring post-launch reviews).

You will be the key driver to ensure effective communication with business teams across the organization and the strategic advisor for the prioritization of projects’ pipeline and resource allocation priorities.

  • Strong communication & analytical skills, conceptual thinking
  • Highly developed planning and organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in product innovation, management & development of the brand, category etc., preferably within FMCG field (3-5years).
  • Good understanding of FMCG market and supply chain | procurement functions
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong MS Office skills& knowledge PM tools

Salary level: 3200 – 3500 € gross, corporate bonus and benefits program
