On behalf of our Client, we invite You to join Adven Latvian team in a position of
HR & Admin Coordinator
Your daily responsibilities:
Country HR services in Latvia, 70% of daily activities:
- Participate in monthly payroll & administration processes, including reporting to authorities & local stakeholders
- Provide support in employment life-cycle mgmt., including recruitment & on-boarding, training, employee consultations
- Prepare employment documentation, local policies & agreements, maintain data in internal HR system Sympa
- Coordinate local compensation & benefits related processes
- Plan and implement employer branding activities
Administrative support, 30 % of daily activities:
- Prepare documentation, local content and translations for employee and manager self-service
Your skills, experience and personality:
- University degree in Business, HR or related field
- At least 1,5 years of practical work experience in HR field
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Basic level of knowledge in Latvian labor law
- Fluent English and Latvian, good conversational Russian languages
- Reliable team player, with positive mindset and can-do attitude
