OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ( 3 days per week)

(Contract from 1/10/23 -29/12/23)

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Fulfil receptionist duties: greet visitors, coordinate customer requests, incoming/outgoing phone calls, general correspondence, and deliveries
  • Update&maintain account register and customer databases
  • Be responsible for overall office maintenance and office goods supplies
  • Organize travel arrangements flights, hotels, etc.
  • Assist Finance Manager with other daily tasks when necessary.

About You:

  • Similar work experience and willingness to learn
  • Great time management, multitasking, problem-solving skills with attention to details
  • Basic knowledge of document flow and record-keeping
  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English in written and spoken forms
  • Good computer skills (MS Office products), and experience working with CRM system or database will be considered an advantage.
