Office Administrator

 

Our cooperation partner is a non-governmental organisation whose purpose is to improve the business environment in Latvia through active dialogue with the Government.

The NGO brings together various companies from different sectors that have made significant investments in Latvia.

 

Your profile:

  • 1+ year of work experience as an office admin or assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Latvian (written and spoken)
  • Excellent computer literacy including MS Office (preferably, with Apple products)
  • Skills in webpage administration(preferably, WordPress) & image editing
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to check all detail and make everything accurate
  • Flexibility as a way of living

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, meet visitors, schedule and coordinate appointments, order and maintain stationery and equipment
  • Manage book-keeping documents (invoicing , bank payment orders), communicate with an accountant
  • Administrate official webpage
  • Organize efficient communication with stakeholders and workgroups
  • Plan and organize events (incl. high-level meetings)
