Order Processing Agent with German language skills

The Order processing agent is responsible for order entry and processing, in a timely and accurate manner, as well as, delivering exceptional customer service to customers. If you like to communicate with colleagues and customers from different countries on a daily basis – this is the right place for you.

Your profile:

  • Good English, Latvian and German skills – both written and spoken;
  • Preferred experience in customer service and support, data entry;
  • Relevant skills in MS Office programs, SAP and CRM knowledge would be an advantage;
  • Process-oriented, accurate, creative, and energetic.

Your responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions;
  • Handle customer inquiries according to country specifics;
  • Handle orders with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations;
  • Maintain and update customer master data accounts.

Salary level: 1200 – 1300 € gross monthly (to be discussed with each final candidate individually)
