You will be responsible for:

• Managing recruitment processes: attracting, evaluating and interviewing candidates, maintaining contact, and conducting targeted searches;
• Building client relationships: identifying needs, presenting proposals, and providing feedback throughout the hiring process;
• Overseeing temporary employee administration: handling contracts, records, and ensuring accurate personnel processes.

We hope that You:

• Have previous experience in recruitment and/or HR services, and good knowledge of Latvian labor law;
• Can communicate well (written and verbal) in English and Latvian, Russian language knowledge – advantage;
• Are a positive, team-oriented, collaborative and easy-going person;
• Have interest in market trends and like to continuously learn new things.
