On behalf of our client, we are inviting You to join Green Genius international team in a position of
Business Development Manager
* who will contribute to the success story of Green Genius in Latvia.
To ensure the ambitious pipeline of the Solar PV projects in Latvia You will:
- Originate and define Solar PV projects opportunities in Latvia, both greenfield and brownfield
- Drive development & permitting process of projects to ensure a timely ready to build status
- Negotiate contracts with partners, land owners, Distribution Grid Operator, Transmission System Operator
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. municipalities, Distribution Grid Operator, Transmission System Operator, regional and central authorities)
- Coordinate internal teams, e.g. legal, engineering
Your profile:
- Practical experience in real estate or renewable energy development projects
- Skilled in the site-securing, interconnection and permitting processes
- Born to find common language with everyone and to negotiate successfully
- Team-coordination capabilities
- Ability to plan and deliver
- English and/or Russian language knowledge, fluent Latvian
- Experience in Solar PV development is strong advantage
