SALES REPRESENTATIVE | wood sector

Your Mission will be

  • Develop, steer, and organize “Tikkurila” wood product sales for Latvian construction and production companies;
  • Increase existing customer share to meet sales expectations and build relationships with new customers to increase the potential business opportunities.

 You will be based in Latvia and working in the team of 36 colleagues.

 You will be reporting to: Sales Manager, GI Baltic States (Estonia) and Area Director (Latvia)

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Present and sell Tikkurila brand products and services to new and existing clients of the professional segment;
  • Test new products and present the outcome to the sales team, and clients;
  • Prepare sales budgets, commercial offers, and contracts; negotiate terms of cooperation with clients and monitoring payment deadlines;
  • Stay updated with industry, competitors’ actions and market trends.

Daily cooperation with: Latvian leading  productions; construction companies and dealers centres.

Basic product group: wood paints | Tikkurila by PPG

We expect you have:

> At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably related to paints or any industrial-type products;

> Higher education in any field (Technical will be considered as an advantage);

> Fluent in Latvian, English, and Russian (conversational);

> Driving license, possibility to go on business trips.

Personality: insightful, dedicated, proactive with a passion for winning and achieve.

Remuneration: 2300 – 3000€ gross (depending on the skills and experience)
