On behalf of our client, we are now searching for a proactive and strategically thinking professional for the role of

Head of After Sales Baltics

 

As a member of the Baltic Management team, you will be responsible for:

  • After sales strategy: Identify, develop and direct the implementation of the strategies in the Baltics region
  • Leadership: Lead after-sales and service Baltics division to achieve affirmed targets and standards for financial performance, quality and compliance. Maintain a contact with the After Sales employees, through the countries’ local management, to ensure feedback opportunities and maintenance of good morale.
  • Financial: Be responsible for profits and losses and budgeting process. Ensure effective budget management and efficient use of resources.
  • Service solutions: Directly, and through the team, pro-actively articulate and deliver value added service solutions to the customers through the life cycle of their equipment.
  • Innovation & development: Develop new programs and products to attain maximums customer satisfaction.
  • Operational: Continue the development of a standard framework in the After Sales organization for all three countries. Lead a warranty part of the aftersales business.
  • Intelligence: Constantly analyze the Service and Spare Parts KPIs to develop strategies and organize relevant actions.
  • Manufacturers: Keep close working relations and communication with the producers (Caterpillar, Metso, etc.).

  • Caterpillar Service and Financial Representatives

To be successful in this role, your professional background should cover:

Education:

  • A diploma or degree specializing in a technical field

You are experienced in

  • After Sales | Service operations and leadership while keeping proactive focus to sales
  • leading a small to medium size business unit with P&L responsibility
  • working in Matrix organization
  • working with such programs as Windows, Excel, Word, MS Outlook, etc.
  • communicating daily in English

Your are skilled in:

  • thinking conceptually and “selling” your ideas
  • problems’ root-cause investigation and analysis, sound judgments
  • developing long-term customer relationships
  • organizing effectively your own and work of your team

Your driving forces are

  • Curiosity and true interest in building concepts and strategies
  • Ambitions to maximize operational efficiency and to find new ways of working
  • Synergy creation between all stakeholders involved in the project

COMPANY OFFERS

  • Remuneration: starting from €4200.00 bruto (max salary level will be discussed with company representatives individually)
