With You, we can make a real difference

Supporting Gi Group Holding’s growth of the Temporary Staffing and Recruitment business in Latvia, You will be entrusted to build strong and long-term relationships with a broad base of active and potential clients, liaising with both local companies and multinationals in the region, and accompanying them from the first contact to the drafting of contractual agreements.

A high level of autonomy and 100% internal support to achieve the goals are guaranteed!

Your area of responsibility

  • Develop and execute a strategy for driving Simplika & CVO clients’ success with tailor-made staffing and recruitment solutions across the region;
  • Create and execute growth strategies, account plans, and business processes for an assigned list of key accounts;
  • Establish and nurture C-level relationships with key and potential clients, understanding their staffing & recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions;
  • Generate sales and reach the company’s sales target by identifying new sales opportunities and improving sales processes;
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on Labour Market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities;
  • Effectively collaborate with Baltic Sales team members and ensure cross-sales, collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service, delivery and client satisfaction;
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients;
  • Act as a role model and cultivate the spirit of a high-energy sales culture.

About You:

  • You are a strong believer in the “Sky is the limit” and that our own efforts create our future

  • You are easily connecting with people and finding common ground
  • You have 3-5 years’ successful B2B business development experience (full cycle) and reached great results
  • You are a strategic business problem solver, being able to operate under uncertainty and identify unobvious opportunities
  • You have fluent English and Latvian, at least conversational Russian

Remuneration:  from 2500 € gross (+ Q bonuses depending on your results)
