On behalf of our client Baltic Company, a leader in the cosmetics industry, we are looking for enthusiastic individual to join their team as

Brand Consultant

to join their team in Riga to work with the brands Dear Dahlia, Murad, and StriVectin.

YOUR DAILY DUTIES:

• To represent the Dear Dahlia, Murad, and StriVectin brands 
• To build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing top-tier service according to established standards
• To ensure products are properly displayed and to maintain a clean, organized workspace
• To participate in events and promotions to boost brand visibility
• To report sales results to management
• To attend regular training sessions and seminars
• To meet set sales targets and performance goals

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:

• You have experience in retail, preferably with cosmetics or luxury goods
• You understand retail and are passionate about make-up
• You are excellent at communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• You are fluent in Latvian and have good English skills (other languages is a plus)
• You can be described as responsible, active, with good work ethics.
