  • Work with cutting-edge soil preparation machinery and drills and will be able to provide farmers with the best possible complex solutions instead of simply selling products.

 Your main responsibilities will be to

  • Organize full-cycle sales activity of Väderstad products as well as turnkey solutions | product group: soil preparation machinery; mechanical and pneumatical drills; planters.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the agriculture sector.
  • Provide product portfolio knowledge, demonstrations, technical support and guidance to potential customers regarding Vaderstad products.

ABOUT YOU

  • Education: a diploma or degree specializing in a technical field
  • Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in technical products/solutions sales (as an advantage, in agriculture).
  • True interest in agriculture: agronomy and machinery
  • Computer knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, MS Outlook, etc.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English language skills, conversational Russian
  • Driving license

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Agricultural machine or agronomy
  • Broad thinking
  • Ability to understand and analyze situations in the market.
  • Excellent sales and customer relationship management skills.

Your Personality:  Highly organized and self-driven, Competitive drive and ambition with high moral skills, openness to new challenges, willingness to learn and develop, comfortability in an unfamiliar environment, and Keenness to develop meaningful relationships with clients.

COMPANY OFFERS

  • Remuneration: €2500.00 – €2700.00 gross (max salary level will be discussed with company representatives individually)
