Customer Relationship Specialist in Riga.

In this role You will:

Be the first point of contact to our clients and communicating with them by phone, email, Facebook messages
Collaborate with other departments regarding customer issues
Solve order-related queries
Manage & updating internal databases
Take part in various local and regional projects

About you:

You are fluent in Latvian, have good English language skills, Russian would be considered as advantage;
You are customer-oriented team player
You can juggle several tasks at once
Previous experience in customer related positions would be a plus
