We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague to join our growing team in the position of Geodesy Grid Specialist.
Job summary
Geodesy Grid Specialist will be responsible for coordination of implementation on geodetic reference network for Rail Baltica project and will assess construction quality control of measurement data. Main activity will be to coordinate the process of Joint Rail Baltica chainage and geodetic reference network development and assure that the process of geodetic reference network will be fully implemented in all three countries during the design and construction stages. Align and coordinate status and quality of construction works related to survey works for whole Rail Baltica project.

We will entrust You to
- Be responsible for coordination and implementation of geodetic reference network for Rail Baltica project
- Coordinate and align construction work related to surveyor field, assuring control on accurate and correct quantities
- Lead projects related to approved EU Grant Agreements
- Develop technical specifications and plans for quality control on Rail Baltica project
- Be capable to do fieldwork with the use of different survey equipment, on quality check purposes
To succeed, you should have
- At least Bachelor’s degree in surveyor field
- At least 7 years of experience in geodetic work (worked with measurements in field, coordinate transformations, construction surveyor works)
- Geodetic Engineering licence
- Knowledge of surveyor’s equipment and software use for geodetic works
- Fluent technical English language skills
Office location
Any RB Rail AS office in Tallinn, Riga or Vilnius
