- Coordinate and implement effective training and development plans

- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status
Join if you have:
- 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR specialist or Recruiter
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
- University degree in HR, business management or related field
- Proactive and empathic personality, who loves to communicate with people
- Fluent Latvian and English
Salary range: from 1100 – 1500. The final offer depends on experience and competences
