Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships with major retail chains in Latvia to ensure sustained business growth and mutual benefit.
- Conduct regular market, industry, and sales performance research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Plan and forecast sales volumes consistently to meet targets and ensure accurate budgeting.
- Coordinate and manage marketing activities, including planning promotions and aligning with partners to maximize visibility and brand impact.
- Work closely with external partners, including distribution companies, merchandising teams, and other stakeholders, to achieve business goals and deliver optimal client solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field that supports Your career as KAM.
- Hands-on experience as a KAM in the Latvian market. FMCG industry experience will be beneficial.
- Good communication skills: fluent Latvian, conversational English; other languages are a plus.
- Driving license (ability to drive within Baltics).
- Your Personality: Proactive and eager to cultivate meaningful client relationships, with a mature and ambitious approach to driving success.
COMPANY OFFERS
- Remuneration: €2600.00 – €3000.00 gross (max salary level will be discussed with company representatives individually).
