Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Conduct both face-to-face and online meetings with existing and potential customers to understand their needs
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver optimal client solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare regular reports on account performance
  • Develop strategic account plans to align with overall business objectives

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field that supports KAM career
  • You have 3 years of proven experience preferably within fast-moving consumer goods trade on Baltic markets (previous experience within beauty or pharma industries will be a significant advantage)
  • You are fluent in Latvian and English – both written and spoken (everyday working languages)
  • You are excellent customer relationship and sales manager
  • You have strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • You are mature individual capable to adapt to diverse situations and various cultures
  • You are initiative with great networking skills

Your Personality: highly organized and proactive, competitive drive and ambition; willingness to learn and travel. Should be keen to develop meaningful relationships with clients.


  • €2800.00 – €3200.00 gross (max salary level will be discussed with company representatives individually)
  • On-site | Hybrid (3 office days / 2 home days after the probation period) working mode
  • 40 hours working week (9:00 – 18:00)
