Bonduelle Baltic is inviting the new colleague to join Sales team in the role of
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – Latvia & Estonia (Retail)
Based in Latvia you will work from home office and manage 2 countries in the Baltics with support from your great colleagues. Staying close to clients while working with an acknowledged brand, you make a great impact. You will be P&L responsible for all Grocery Clients and Distributors in Latvia and Estonia.
YOUR KEY FOCUS
Overall responsibility for Bonduelle´s business and partnership with key customers; including growing products’ portfolio in turn-over, market share and profitability, yearly pricing and assortment negotiations, promotional programs and collaboration to develop company’s business. Manage and execute business strategy to deliver on sales.
Define and implement sales strategy in collaboration with other team members and lead the organization to follow through on execution.
Facilitate the execution of critical sales related activities in business plan as well as support the development and execution of strong customer and shopper marketing plans across Latvia and Estonia.
Spark learning and achievement towards the external field sales force.
You hold 2-3 years of sales and/or business management experience within FMCG or lifestyle goods, making you commercially savvy and a strong executor.
You have documented experience leading yearly negotiations with Grocery Clients.
You have experience with implementing sales budgets, marketing plans and sales forecasts.
You know how to collaborate with external partners to create market leading joint plans and execution.
You can travel 50-60 days a year mainly in the Baltic states.
High level MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint skills
Fluent in English, Latvian (Russian is a benefit

Salary level: 1600 – 2200 € gross monthly & bonuses, company benefits
