You will be based in Latvia and report to Supply Chain Performance & Digital Director, Europe

Your Mission:

  • Challenge performance across all the Supply Chain Domains. Be responsible for process improvement projects
  • Standardize& deploy for exemplary results. Strongly contribute to lead continuous improvement actions for the scope.
  • Train & coach for sustainability

80% of Your time you will be entrusted with:

  • Leading diagnostics and actions on the Global Supply Chain efficiency
  • Leading actions on Global Supply Chain (end-to-end) for supporting Growth initiative and for improving Customer satisfaction
  • Supporting in Lean Diagnosis related to Safety, CS&Q, Supply Chain Deployment & Planning, HR
  • Supporting Schneider Performance System (SPS) deployment (training, coaching, kaizen) and being the SPS support for Plants / Distribution Centres (DCs)
  • Participating in SPS audits in Factories and DCs
  • Monitoring & building improvement action plan for Direct Variable Costs, Structure Costs, Capacity Calculation and Availability

20% of Your time will be entrusted with:

  • Capitalizing Your experience and knowledge by formalizing and sharing good practices

To be maximally effective in this role, you will require:

  • University degree in any Technical |Engineering Science
  • Hands-on experience with LEAN concepts& projects (3+years)
  • 3+ years’ practical experience in a process management/continuous improvement-based role within a multi-functional manufacturing facility (for ex. Industrial Engineering , Quality, Supply Chain etc.)
  • Open-minded, proactive (‘can do’ attitude), open to learn every day
  • Strategic thinking, analytical way of working an attention to the detail, strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills (at all levels)
  • Proven leadership skills, capability to inspire, motivate and lead during the change process
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills English

COMPANY’s offer

Annually remuneration: starting from 45 000 € gross.

Travel mode: between 50% and 70% of time.
