OFFICE MANAGER
(3 years contract with possibility to prolong)
You will play a key role in everyday office functioning and provision of vital support functions, such as
- Facility Services and Office Vendors management
- Internal procedures and policies
- Office budget and support of cost control activities
- Assistance to Management and colleagues
- Driving healthy internal climate by ensuring the productive and creative working environment
- Coordination of Philanthropy events and roundtables
About You
- Experience in a similar role (office administrator, assistant, PA) within an international environment
- Developed communication and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to be helpful
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Fluent Latvian and English language skills, conversational Russian
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office.
