Currently there is once in the life time opportunity to join their management team in role of
PRODUCTION MANAGER
for overseeing entire manufacturing plant in Liepāja.
In the role you will be responsible for:
- Working altogether with management team, production leads and production team to develop and track against a production plan reflective of the defined goals;
- Anticipating bottlenecks, clarifying production priorities, identifying risks, and developing and action plan for those;
- Clearly defining all workflows and ensuring all practices are being refined and tuned with learnings;
- Identifying the best tools and technologies, ensuring continuous development and improvements;
- Analysing production data, making decisions on production flow;
- Supporting commercial team in negotiations with new prospects, acting as ambassador for production potentialities and solutions.
Your qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in role of production or plant manager;
- Technical education combined with formal or non-formal business education;
- Interest on self- and people development;
- Unstoppable in finding out of new technologies and willingness to improve production processes;
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills;
- High level of both English and Russian.
Company will offer you a salary in range of 4000.00 till 5000.00 € gross monthly, full support in relocation if needed, all technical instruments necessary for work and welcoming environment for further growth together!
