ABOUT THE ROLE

In your role, you will oversee the recruitment, talent development and learning portfolio for the assigned region. You will lead the team of recruitment professionals, providing support to the employees in all departments. You will use your creativity to find solutions fit for employees’ needs without losing the business perspective. With a broad scope and many internal stakeholders, you will be working both strategically and hands-on to achieve results.

You will work in close collaboration with the Regional HR team and be a part of the Regional HR Leadership team to co-drive the overall HR agenda for the region and to provide updates, insights and expertise in your areas of responsibility.

The role is permanent and based in Riga, with the possibility of working from home a couple of days/week. You will report directly to the HR Director.

Your area of responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, Talent Development & Employer Brand Strategy for all markets and departments as well as implementing action plans with support from the rest of the team.
  • Lead recruitment processes from start to finish with candidate centricity and quality of talent in focus.
  • Provide the organization with insights from a labour market perspective, supporting the company in attracting and retaining the best talents.
  • Be a Talent Development Partner towards business leaders, including developing the right capabilities for the organisation and leadership competence.
  • Create and execute competency development plans and regional Learning Roadmap based on business needs and priorities.
  • Create, prepare, and facilitate training and workshops for employees tailored to the team’s specific needs.
  • Continuously look to create and develop efficient processes within the recruitment and learning area.
  • Collaborate with Global and European Talent and Learning teams in the activation of global and regional initiatives at the local level.
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner team and Business Leaders on talent development initiatives and processes.
  • Lead and coach the Talent & Learning team members.
  • Budget management.

Your competencies and skills

  • University degree in Human Resources or Business-related
  • 5+ years’ experience of working in recruitment or talent learning practice and managing the team within an international environment
  • Solid recruitment skills, including search, advertising, competency-based interview techniques and candidate presentation.
  • Human-centric personality with a true passion for driving the HR agenda and delivering best-in-class candidate experience and support to internal business stakeholders.
  • Thrives in a fast-changing environment, able to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, structure, and simplify where needed.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to drive things forward.
  • Great communication skills in English and Latvian both written and spoken.
  • A team-player mentality and hands-on attitude.

  • Remuneration: €3000.00 – €3500 gross (max salary level will be discussed with company representatives individually)
