Regional Sales Manager | for 12 countries

Responsible for the Eastern Europe and Asian regions: Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkey, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan.

Your core tasks will be to:

  • Develop strong relationships with Key clients: conduct face-to-face and online meetings with retailers, distributors, and partners to understand client needs and foster lasting relationships.
  • Identify & engage new market opportunities: attract new distributors in strategic areas to expand Tramontina’s influence and product availability in the markets.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and plans: exceed regional targets, using market analysis and customer feedback, with regular progress reports for improvement.
  • Design informative presentations and training sessions for partners: introduce customers to Tramontina’s new product lines, and actively represent the brand at industry events and trade shows to increase brand visibility and spark new customer interest.

*ABOUT YOU:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field that supports Your career in sales.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the international market (previous experience with producers or distributors will be a significant advantage).
  • Fluency in Latvian, English, and Russian language skills.

Your Personality: proactive and growth-oriented person, who excels in new environments and enjoys building meaningful client relationships.
