New Operations team in Riga invites You, the energetic and sport-passioned professional, to join the company in the position of

SENIOR LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

You will be entrusted to

  • Oversee and organize efficient logistics process ( Europe & Asia )
  • Review, prepare, and routine purchase orders
  • Ensure timely delivery of shipments and correct documentation (LC draft, Packing list, Invoice, Bill of Lading / AWB)
  • Analyse and optimize logistical procedures
  • Address and resolve shipment and order processing issues
  • Be the main point of contact between Norway and Riga office

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field, logistics or supply chain management
  • You are skilled in organization of efficient logistics operations ( 3+yrs)
  • You are experienced within international trade and trade documents  
  • You easily communicate and find common ground
  • Your English is fluent (written & verbal)
  • You are highly organized, attentive to details, and punctual
  • Your mindset is analytical and problem–solving skills are your asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel

Monthly salary – 1600 -2000 € gross (bonus on performance, health insurance, trainings & get-together, co-working space in city centre)
