On behalf of our Client, we are looking for a growth-oriented and energetic

FINANCE MANAGER

who will carry out all the necessary actions to provide timely planned and realized accounting and financial processes based on the company’s needs, observing the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

Your main focus will be to

• Lead daily financial operations of the company, overseeing a dedicated team and ensuring smooth communication with banks and HQ Finance Teams.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting and business planning according to company targets and HQ requirements.
• Manage stock turnover and rental calculations, ensuring accurate income and expense accruals.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for HQ Finance, provide necessary information to operations management, and oversee regulatory financial statement preparation.
• Collaborate with auditors and represent the company in state financial control institutions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering positive relationships with regulatory authorities.
• Stay informed about alterations in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, actively participating in seminars and training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise.

About You

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration areas coupled with a CPA certificate.
• More than 5 years of finance experience, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Audit background, complemented by proven experience in financial operations | analysis | reporting.
• Knowledge & interest in Latvian tax-related legislation and understanding of IFRS.
• Good computer skills & accounting software knowledge with additional expertise in SAP FI modules
• Fluent in Latvian and English, Russian language skills are advantageous.

Salary: starting from 5000€ gross (to be discussed with each final candidate individually).
