On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an energetic and HR-passionate person for the role of

HR MANAGER | for 7 countries

Baltics | Czech Republic | Romania | Georgia | Kazakhstan

who will keep ownership of all HR matters across the Company from recruitment to performance reviews, salaries and compensation, employee’s engagement, learning, development, and employee’s induction, as well as HR reporting and analysis.

What You will do:

  • Take overall responsibility for Hydroscand HR matters in Eastern Europe region.
  • Maintain and implement HR strategies, Health & Safety policies, and procedures in compliance to Hydroscand standards and national Labour Law requirements.
  • Provide support and consultation to leadership on HR-related matters, partnering to resolve complex employee relations and performance issues.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates for professional and technical roles.
  • Together with management understand required skills and competencies for successful development of Hydroscand business.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and support employees in the identification of suitable internal/external training, in close consultation with the in-country management team.
  • Be responsible for salaries and other compensation systems: Salary payments with the support of finance team | Annual salary review process | Company benefits scheme | Salary data for annual budgeting process | Analyse trends in compensation and benefits, research and propose competitive base salaries and incentive pay programs to ensure the company attracts and retains talents.
  • Make sure Performance Management system supports the company in meeting its goals and serves as a solid base for employees’ contribution and personal development.
  • Respond to employee-related queries and provide answers to all HR-related inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare regular HR internal & external reports.

We believe You will succeed in the role if You have:

  • 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within international environment.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Quality Management, Legal or related field is a must.
  • Previous work experience in the similar position, which includes full or partial responsibility for: HR management | HR strategies | Performance Management implementation & maintenance | Recruitment processes | Learning Strategy | Comp&Ben Strategy implementation | Health & Safety compliance.
  • Practical knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office or related software and ability to learn the organization’s HR system quickly.
  • Driving license (ability to travel within Baltics).
  • Fluent knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian.

  • Remuneration: starting from €5000.00 gross (max salary level will be discussed with company’s representatives individually).
