Company is inviting International Partnership Development Manager to join friendly team in Riga

 A day-in-the-life will be fulfilled with:

  • Building a healthy pipeline of potential partners on global scale and generating revenue;
  • Identifying partners’ needs and aligning with RealWeb services, offered platforms and tools;
  • Acting as point of contact and providing facilitation and support to ensure partners are satisfied with the services;
  • Working closely with PR & Expert team in generating content and adjusting promotion activities to different clients’ groups and geographies;
  • Maintaining in-depth products knowledge, identifying new sales and service opportunities, monitoring competitive environment.

We would love to see:

  • Sales enthusiast with great interest in digital environment solutions;
  • Successful sales work experience in the B2B field covering both, customer service and active business development (at least, within Baltic);
  • Fluent in English, good knowledge of Latvian and Russian.

Your personality:

  • Born to communicate at all levels and with different mentalities;
  • Strong personal drive and great desire for self-learning;
  • Business mindset with the ability to work across teams both locally and internationally.
