PAYROLL & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

You will be supporting Accounting, Payroll Business and Recruitment Team in their daily activities.

Accounting:

  • prepare invoices in various systems (internal& client based);
  • coordinate invoices sent out to clients;
  • gather supporting documentation and information for internal and client reports etc.

Payroll business support:

  • prepare personnel documentation and file management;
  • ensure communication with temp employees and clients etc.

Recruitment projects:

  • update information in the internal database;
  • assist in talent research;
  • coordinate communication with candidates and clients etc.

Your skills:

> University degree or final-year student
> Work experience covering all or some of the mentioned responsibilities
> Fluent Latvian and English languages (Russian language is an advantage)
> Proficient in MS Office and online resources

  • Remuneration: 1200 -1700 € gross (depending on your qualification)
