ISP Optics Corporation is a part of publicly traded corporation LightPath Technologies manufacturing high precision spherical, aspherical and diffractive optical components. We are proud of having manufacturing sites in Latvia, USA and China as well as holding global sales and distribution network.

Due to the global expansion, ISP Optics Latvia is looking for

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – EUROPEAN MARKET

You will:

  • Become a highly qualified expert in optics and optical technologies
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing ISP Optics customers
  • Conduct market research and provide sales growth in the region to raise ISP Optics competitiveness
  • Lead the ideation, technical modification and development of ISP Optics products to adapt to customer’s needs
  • Together with Sales and Product Management executives establish a shared vision for further growth and development
  • Be integral part of international projects inside the company and with customers

You have:

  • Passion for driving high-tech business development
  • Valuable sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Ability to understand and apply technical concepts
  • University degree preferably in Engineering or Technical Sciences

You are:

  • Keen on communication with customers and motivated to develop successful long-term relationships
  • Fluent in Latvian, English, and Russian (conversational)
  • Proficient with MS Office, CRM, ERP
  • Able and willing to travel and have B category driving license
