You will:

• Coordinate and implement effective training and development plans
• Manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly
• Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status

 

Join if you have:

• 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR specialist or Recruiter
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
• University degree in HR, business management or related field
• Proactive and empathic personality, who loves to communicate with people
• Fluent Latvian and English

 

Salary range: from 1100 – 1500. The final offer depends on experience and competences
